Girls think that they have to be skinny to look good. This is causing them to stop eating and eventually die from it. In this cartoon they are using exaggeration to get the point across that eating disorders need to stop before it gets to late! Even though this is exaggeration, this is actually happening to people, especially girls, because it's getting so bad.
